or feels like; keep yourself balanced in the calm neutrality of it all rather
than immediately giving your opinion to it, qualifying it one way or another.
Just pause. Count to 10 if you have to. Just allow these situations to
percolate in the consciousness. You are the detached witness. As
challenging as this might be in more intense situations, keep practicing your
ability to remain neutral rather than jumping to conclusions, or immediately
assigning meanings to things. Respond by not responding.
